The mission of the South Carolina Minority Coaches Association (SCMCA) is to support, develop, and advocate for minority coaches by providing resources, mentorship, and opportunities that foster professional growth, leadership excellence, and successful athletic programs.

The goals of the South Carolina Minority Coaches Association (SCMCA) are to:

  • Promote professional growth and career advancement for minority coaches

  • Provide mentorship, training, and leadership development opportunities

  • Advocate for equity, inclusion, and fair access to coaching and administrative roles
